Special Ops / War Commander

Just like always  when Kixeye does an up date. It all causes more problems. Currently there many glitch with this new Special Ops operations. 

Obtaining Special Ops

Special Ops can be obtained as drops after defeating Rogue Faction bases. Once you have reduced a Rogue Faction’s Command Center to ashes you will receive either a Special Op or a resource bonus. Higher level Rogue Faction bases increase your chances at receiving more valuable Special Ops. There are 3 levels of rarity: Common, Uncommon, and Rare. The more rare the Special Op, the more powerful the ability.

Activating Special Ops

Once you obtain your first Special Op, click on the new Special Ops HUD found on the left of the screen to bring up your inventory. Click on any Special Ops in your inventory to see their specific benefit and duration, then click on the “Activate” option to start taking advantage of your new temporary powers. Special Ops can only be activated when you are not in a battle screen and do not take effect until your next battle if you activate them while battles are ongoing . Once active the Special Op timer will start-- so get to the battlefield and wreak havoc!

Special Ops Classes

• Offensive: When activated, Offensive Special Ops add ally troops to the ground platoon you first deploy into battle. Offensive Special Ops units will only spawn one battle at a time and have a 7 minute cooldown timer after initial spawn before they can spawn in a different battle. The extra troops that spawn vary for every Offensive Special Op. Obtain Rare Special Ops for an even 
• Defensive: Need some reinforcements to help repel an enemy attack? Activate a Defensive Special Op and watch as additional troops come to your defense when your base is being attacked on and offline.

• Tactical: The wild card of the bunch, Tactical Special Ops vary in functionality. Have a slow platoon? Load them up into the Chinook and watch as they fly across the World Map at great speeds. Or maybe you're feeling greedy? Up your loot gain by 40% and watch as your resources stockpile.

Extending with Thorium

Is your favorite Special Op about to expire? Extend its duration with Thorium. Click on the “Extend” option after clicking on your active Special Op to double your duration with the rare resource. Double the time for destruction.

Feeling Lucky?

A gambling man never settles. With the power of Thorium take a shot at another outcome and receive either a new Special Op or resource boost. After crushing a Rogue Faction base click on the “Reroll” option in the victory pop up to try your luck at different spoils of war.

Now get out there Commander and take advantage of your new Special Ops edge.
